Mike Geisler founded StreetView Investments with Josh Devin in 2025. He brings 40+ years of experience buying, selling, leasing and redeveloping retail properties. He is a member of ICSC, NTCAR, and The Real Estate Council and is a recipient of the Stemmons Service Award. He has a BBA in Finance from SMU and a graduate of the AMDP program at Harvard.
Josh Devin · Principal
Josh leads the execution of StreetView’s acquisitions and asset management strategies. Bringing 11 years of experience in real estate, he has acquired over $115MM in retail and mixed-use assets. Josh graduated from the The University of Texas with a B.B.A in Economics and SMU with a Master of Business Administration degree from The Cox School of Business.
Will Meachum · Vice President
As Vice President of StreetView Investments, Will participates in all aspects of acquisitions and asset management. Bringing over 10 years of real estate experience in property management, investment sales underwriting, and brokerage, Will evaluates all new acquisitions, determining leasing and repositioning strategy of the current portfolio, as well as building and maintaining equity and lender relationships. Will received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from TCU and his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from SMU.
